AMERICAN CHAMELION

Dawn breaks,
And here I stand
A shell of a man
Promises perched on weak legs
But I'm workin' my plan,
And so far you're taking me, you're…
Hook , line and sinkin' me

And if you start to catch a glimpse inside of me
I'll distract you with the  smile that's been…so good at hiding me!

I'm an American Chameleon
Don't know what I live for, doubt what I'd die for
Changin' colors is so much fun…
American Chameleon

Remember, I'm as pure…as the driven snow
A heart as good as gold, and a pocket full of coin
Donate!  So  you can fuel my fire
Feed my burning desire, to kick you right in  the groin!

While me greed goes swirling down your open drain…
Remember, I'm the antidote for all your little pains

Hold your babies high…
Just don't let me look them in the eye
(Easier  to steal your sons and daughters!)
Wow!  Aren't you in awe of me?
Remember,  I'm gonna set you free!
Like  every other  lamb I've lead to slaughter…

I'm an American Chameleon
Don't know what I live for, doubt what I'd die for
Changing colors is so much fun
American…American

American Chameleon
Don't know what I stand  for, or what I'd fall down  for
In this universe I am the sun….
